s a part of the project, the poly-block of the Examination and Operating Centre was constructed and connected to individual specialised clinics through connecting links. The structure accommodates the central reception area, the emergency reception area, examination rooms for surgical procedures, operating theatres, specialised ICU and ARO wards, the central radio diagnostics unit, central ultrasonic examination rooms, endoscopic examination rooms, sterilization units and the plastic surgery unit.

From the construction point of view, it is a six-floor reinforced concrete monolithic frame with prefabricated window piers, based on underground walls. There are three belowground and three aboveground floors. The sheathing is performed by a suspended ventilated jacket, the roof tops are planted with low greenery. The interior premises are divided into 21 operational units the design of which is adapted to meet the demanding requirements applicable to health facilities of the 4th category according to the EU system of terminology.

Celková podlahová plocha: 30 119 m².

The construction won the Best Investment of 2004 award in the competition announced by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Czech Republic and the Association of Building Entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic along with a certificate of merit in the Best Development of the Olomouc Region 2004 competition.
