As a part of the construction of the “Motorway D47, Construction 47091/2, Hrušov – Bohumín, 2ndConstruction” segment, OHL ŽS, a. s. implemented the following structures:
1. The bridge on the Antošovice–Šilheřovice relocated road across motorway D47 at the 162.35 km mark.
It is a new construction of a four-polar road bridge across the motorway; the total length of the bridge is 80 m, the length of bridging is 63.1 m, the bridge width is 10 m, and the maximum above ground height of the bridge is 5 m at the highest point.
The span of individual bays between pillars is 14.3 plus 17.8 plus 17.8 plus 14.3 m respectively. The bridge foundation was based on 14 and 11 m long, 900 mm large-diameter piles. The abutments and intermediate pillars are made of reinforced concrete. The bridge floor is made from a reinforced-concrete pre-stressed board which is 0.9 m high. The bridge is insulated with pad weld waterstops with a sealing layer. The barrier rails are made of steel, with footing anchorage. The complex of the pavement assembly on the bridge comprises of the binder course and wearing course made from modified asphalt of the total area of 536 m2.
2. The railway bridge at the 278.852 km mark across motorway D47 at the 163.61 km mark.
It is a new construction of a four-polar railway bridge across the motorway, which is made from a continuous structure with steel girders embedded in concrete and an upper reinforced-concrete bridge floor. The total length is 77.8 m, the length of bridging is 66.5 m, the width is 11 m and the above ground height of the bridge is 5 m at the highest point. The span of individual bays between pillars is 12.5 plus 19.7 plus 19.7 plus 12.5 m respectively. The bridge comprises of two individual bridge floors.
The bridge foundation was based on 12 and 9 m long, 900 mm large-diameter piles. The bridge floors are executed as coupled, steel-concrete bridge floors. The 790 mm high steel girders were mounted on temporary support towers, boards of permanent shuttering were laid on the bottom flanges and then a reinforced-concrete plate coupled with a steel structure by means of stud connectors was placed on the bottom flanges. The bottom flanges can be seen on the lower part of the bridge from girders. The insulation of the bridge has been applied by means of spraying because the construction of the track superstructure is not high. The rails are made of steel, with footing anchorage.
3. Anti-noise wall at the 160. 300 – 162. 770 km marks, on the right side.
Anti-noise walls were built as a part of the project. The anti-noise walls have reflective or absorptive versions in respective rail route segments. The height of the wall is at least 4.0 m above the formation line of the main rail route, i.e. 4.3 m above the right shoulder. The reflective version: the filling is made from transparent reflective polycarbonate plates with adhered vertical strips to discourage birds, meeting the criteria of sound insulation.
The plates are embedded in HEA 160 steel columns. The absorptive version: the filling is made from concrete panels combining a load-bearing concrete structure with an exposed face made of grey profiled Liapor concrete, embedded in concrete columns, meeting the criteria of sound insulation and absorbing ability. Through its entire length, concrete plinth panels were mounted in the bottom part. The steel and concrete columns are embedded in drilled reinforced-concrete piles. The versions of the fillings are 6 m long concrete profiled fillings made of Liapor, and 2 m long fillings made of indurate polycarbonate. The total area of the anti-noise walls was 11,250 m2.
