The Blue Phase is a part of the construction of the Academic Research and Education Premises of Masaryk University in Brno. Eight new pavilions of the total useable area of 13, 848 m2 will provide the university with space for about 160 employees and more than 1,400 students. All the buildings and related roads in the campus premises are barrier-free and equipped with a guiding system for the hard of hearing.

The other components of the Blue Phase include the separate Z Pavilion, accommodating a breeding and user facility, the Power Management Centre and Information Centre with the central library and study rooms. The architectonic singularity of the project is an above ground corridor connecting the A16 Pavilion with the Teaching Hospital in Bohunice. The other original architectonic structure is a steel glassed girder system of the connecting bridge between the A10 and A36 Pavilions, leading above Kamenice Street that uses reinforced-concrete components of the energy management centre as supporting piers. The bridge is not only a corridor connecting the Blue and Yellow Phases of the campus; there is also a rest area with a café there.
