The Assembly Hall premises accommodate the main lecture hall and four smaller lecture rooms. The auditorium of the lecture hall is arranged as an amphitheatre with a stage in the forefront, which is equipped with theatre technology; the lecture hall is fitted with equipment for rear projection and sound distribution. There are cloakrooms and closets available for performers and lecturers, boxes for interpreters and journalists, including their own sanitary facilities. The audience has the central cloakroom, toilets and a snack counter at their disposal.
The other lecture rooms have a stepped floor and are fitted with fixed desks with an extendable board and non-fixed chairs. The floor of the multi-purpose hall is flat which enables the hall to be arranged in a variable manner.
The whole structure is protected with a double skin to eliminate noise penetrating from the adjacent street. The daylight is provided by means of skylights. The underground floor accommodates technical equipment, store rooms and a parking lot and is connected with all the floors of the building by means of a lift and a staircase.
The Centre of Information Technologies is a separate building located between the Assembly Hall and the Library, to which it is connected by a fenestrated corridor and an underground corridor for cable lines.
A complex of the technological hall is located on the first floor, offices for 50-60 people, a meeting room and sanitary facilities are on the second floor.
