  1. The Bridge on motorway D47 across Slip Road 2, the Vrbice Multilevel Junction
  2. The Bridge on motorway D47 –  Collector Communication

As a part of the construction of the “Motorway D47, Construction 47091/1, Hrušov – Bohumín, 1stConstruction” segment, OHL ŽS, a. s. implemented the following structures: 1. The new construction of a tri-polar motorway bridge, where an independent bridge structure is designed for each traffic direction. The load-bearing structure is made from a pre-stressed double-T girder with brackets. The height of the girder is 1,500 mm. The total length of the bridge is 76 m, the length of bridging is 65 m, the bridge width is 30 m, and the maximum above ground height of the bridge is 8 m at the highest point.

The span of individual bays between pillars is 19.6 plus 27.9 plus 19.6 m respectively. The bridge foundation was based on 16 and 12 m long, 900 mm large-diameter piles. The abutments and intermediate pillars are made of reinforced concrete. The bridge floor is made from two independent continuous monolithic pre-stressed double-T girders. The bridge is insulated with pad weld waterstops with a sealing layer. One bridge is fitted with a monolithic drain channel with sprayed insulation material applied to it. Road barriers and barrier rails are made of steel, with footing anchorage. The complex of the pavement assembly on the bridge comprises of the binder course and wearing course made from modified asphalt of the total area of 1850 m2.

2. The new construction of the motorway access ramp for the slip road, running parallel with SO 203.1. The load-bearing structure is made from a pre-stressed double-T girder with brackets. The height of the girder is 1,500 mm. The total length of the bridge is 75 m, the length of bridging was 64 m, the bridge width was 10 m and the maximum above ground height of the bridge is 8 m at the highest point. The bridge foundation was based on 16 and 12 m long, 900 mm large-diameter piles. The abutments and intermediate pillars are made of reinforced concrete. The bridge floor is made from an independent continuous monolithic pre-stressed double-T girder. The span of individual bays between pillars is 19.1 plus 27.3 plus 19.2 m respectively. The bridge is insulated with pad weld waterstops with a sealing layer. Bridge rails, road barriers and barrier rails are made of steel, with footing anchorage. The complex of the pavement assembly on the bridge comprises of the binder course and wearing course made from modified asphalt of the total area of 764 m2.
