PHARE LSIF “BULGARIA RAILWAYS TRACK RENEWAL”

The subject of the contract is to secure overall implementation of the “Bulgaria Railways Track Renewal” construction, including project documentation and implementation of work in accordance with FIDIC 87 conditions. The PHARE LSIF BG 9811-01 project titled “Bulgaria Railways Track Renewal” includes the work executed on the following rail route segments:

Rail route segment 1) Zimnitza – Straldža, track № 1 from the 199.253 km mark to the 205.542 km mark, in total 6, 289 m, and track № 2 from the 199.289 km mark to the 205.498 km mark, in total 6,209 m.

Rail route segment 2) Straldža – Cerkovski, track № 1 from the 207.007 km mark to the 217.210 km mark, in total 10,203 m, and track № 2 from the 208.119 km mark to the 218.586 km mark, in total 10,467 m. The rail route segment is situated on VIII.

Rail route segment 3) Vakarel – Verinsko, track № 1 from the 39.649 km mark to the 47.629 km mark, in total 7, 980 m, and track № 2 from the 39.735 km mark to the 47.632 km mark, in total 7,897 m.

Rail route segment 4) Tunnel № 9 “Zli Dol” on the Strjama – Klisura inter-station rail route segment from the 111.074 km mark to the 113.074 km mark, in total 2,000 m, while the length of the tunnel itself is 1,850 m. The rail route segment is situated on VIII.
