The Lužická Nisa Project Launched

On 30 May 2006, the ceremonial implementation began of two parts of the Lužická Nisa integrated project: sewage water and sewage collection system. Both contracts are performed by the Construction Engineering Prague Division of our company OHL ŽS, together with SYNER, s. r. o. Liberec.

On 30 May 2006, the ceremonial implementation began of two parts of the Lužická Nisa integrated project: sewage water (reconstruction and increase in the capacity of the sewage treatment plant in Liberec) and sewage collection system (completing construction of the sewage collection system in the Liberec – Jablonec nad Nisou agglomeration).

Both contracts are performed jointly by SYNER, s. r. o. Liberec and OHL ŽS, a.s.

The deadlines for the contract completion are 30 September 2008 (sewage water) and 5 August 2009 (sewage collection system) respectively.

A toast to the project’s success was also drunk by Josef Martinovský, a member of the Board of Directors of OHL ŽS, a.s. and the Executive Director of the Surface Construction Branch, Jaroslav Kopecký, the Director of the Construction Engineering Prague Division, and Jiří Kittner, the Mayor of Liberec City.
