Support for the LR Studio – Clothing Design Gallery

The LR Studio was opened in 2005 under the baton of the renowned clothing designer, Liběna Rochová. The main objective of the Studio is to support young, talented clothing designers and bring clothing design closer to the general public.

However, the LR Studio is much more than a gallery. It is particularly an open space enabling designers, students and those who are interested in design to meet one another, exchange experience and have discussions.

The LR Studio, located on Malostranské Waterfront in Prague, specifically organises exhibitions, expositions of design works accompanied with private showings, workshops, specialised lectures, fashion shows and presentations of new collections.

With a view to the fact that one of the other partners of the Studio is also the Prague Metropolitan Authority, the programme includes creative weekend workshops for pupils of elementary art schools as well as students of schools of applied arts.

OHL ŽS, a.s. belongs among those who, with the aim of supporting Czech design and assisting its expansion, participate in providing space to those who have something to present and those who are interested in discovering their works.
