OHL ŽS at the Road Conference 2006

In October, our company participated in the Road Conference 2006.

On 17 - 18 October 2006, the Road Conference 2006 will take place in Liberec. It goes without saying that OHL ŽS, a.s. will actively participate in this conference organised by the Czech Road Society.

The MOSAN branch of OHL ŽS, a.s. will be among the more than 800 experts presenting themselves at the conference. It is expected that 40 % of them will represent investors and administrators of roads.

The main topics of the conference will include:

• the main objectives of the road management development;
• the condition of the road network in 2006 and its further development;
• road management financing;
• technical policy of road management;
• road traffic safety.

The following will present their contributions to the discussion: František Lehovec, the Chairman of the Czech Road Society, Petr Skokan, the President of the Liberec Region, Jiří Kittner, the Mayor of Liberec City, Pavel Švagr, the Director of the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure, Petr Laušman, the CEO of the Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic, in addition there will be representatives of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the Police of the Czech Republic.
