Ecological construction – technologies
In the field of ecological construction, we specialize particularly in waterworks engineering and low-energy buildings.
Waterworks engineering
Our activities focus mainly on adjustments of water courses and river dams, the reconstruction of weirs, the construction of polders, penstocks and, of course, protection against floods.
Significant completed projects in this area include the reconstruction of the weir on the Jizera river near Mladá Boleslav, renewal of the regulating and controlling systems of the Střekov waterworks structure, stabilization and adjustments of the Bělá riverbed, renovation of the collector in Malá Strana after the flooding, and also anti-flooding measures to protect the capital city of Prague.
Low-energy construction
Another section of ecological construction implemented by our company is the utilization of renewable energy sources (biomass, incinerators) and combining heat and power. We also participate in power saving programmes such as the construction of intelligent buildings and the introduction of our own systems of measuring and regulation.
