OHL ŽS, a. s. has been traditionally committed to providing targeted support to non-profit projects and activities in the sectors of health care, education, culture and sports.
OHL ŽS, a. s. has been traditionally committed to providing targeted support to non-profit projects and activities in the health care and educational sectors as well as culture and sports. This support is not just a mere marketing promotion of the corporate brand, but in particular a contribution to socially beneficial non-profit making activities that could not be implemented without sponsorship. We do not want to pass by the needy; hence we focus on direct and efficient aid.
As an example we may particularly point out our cooperation with the Masaryk Oncological Institute in Brno
, support provided to the Kociánka Foundation Fund
and the Barrier-Free Leisure Time Centre for children in Lesná, Brno.

In the field of education, OHL ŽS, a.s. is a partner to the Brno – University City project. Over a long period, it has also been cooperating with several universities – the Masaryk University

OHL ŽS, a.s. is also a traditional partner of the leading Moravian theatre – the Brno City Theatre, cooperates with the LR Studio and supports the Academia film Olomouc festival.
In the field of top-level sport OHL ŽS, a.s is a partner to the 1st FC Brno Premier League football team and the HC Kometa Brno Extra League hockey team. One successful sportsman representing the company is also the winner of the International Yachting Championship of Slovakia 2008 in the Laser class, being also an employee of OHL ŽS, a.s., Martin Pospíšil.
